Brightwork are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our prestigious Drinks client located in South Ayrshire on a 6-month basis. Duties would primarily involve dealing with the administrative side of stock transfers in/out of the site.

This hours for this role are Monday-Friday 0830-1630.

Your Time at Work
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of:

- Booking trailers in/out on internal systems
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Printing tickets for casks
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders

Our Perfect Worker
This role requires you to possess a can-do attitude, be computer literate and have an understanding of using Excel.

Please note that a 5 year checkable work history is required for this role for compliance purposes.
Successful candidates will also go through a Disclosure Scotland background check.
