Brightwork Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our fast-paced client in West Lothian on a temporary ongoing basis.

This role is based full time on site at their office - Monday to Friday. 
The successful candidate will join the team and assist in key administrative tasks through a peak period within the business.

Duties will include:
- Assisting with a high volume of requests/enquiries coming into the team via email and calls.
- Accurately processing and uploading sensitive information onto internal databases whilst maintaining compliance standards.
- Producing reports as required and present findings to the line manager.
- Keeping on top of busy workload, prioritising tasks, and working to tight deadlines.
- Processing, purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices using the internal Financial Management System.


The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a high-speed administrative role.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Ability to pick up new systems with ease.
- Have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
