Brightwork are supporting with the recruitment of a Receptionist to join one of our clients at their site in Alexandria on a part time, temporary basis with an immediate start.

Duties include:


- Answering the telephone courteously and directing to the relevant person / department.
- Triaging calls and resolving enquiries from the public.
- Monitoring a shared mailbox and resolving customer queries to their satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Welcoming of guests, signing in and announcing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Signing in contractors and arranging for any inductions and work permits required with the appropriate personnel.
- Co-ordination of the sample product process including managing couriers and tracking deliveries / packages across the world on behalf of customers.
- Scanning, filing and archiving of documents. Quality checking documents / files once saved into the company network storage system for audit purposes.
- Organising and booking meeting rooms through the shared email calendars.
- Liaising with hauliers & our internal Despatch Team to ensure customer orders are sent in a timely manner ensuring any issues are clearly communicated to customers.


The successful candidate will:


- Have experience working within a similar role
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages and be able to pick new systems with ease
