Warehouse Operative

Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our drinks client based in Elgin.

Your Time at Work

Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Movement of full and empty casks as required
- Loading and unloading full and empty casks to/from vehicles
- Preparing casks for filling
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
- Monitor of cask conditions during the maturation process
- Use of cask scanning equipment
- Maintain warehouse security
- Ensure all aspects of operational systems and procedures are complied with
- Carry out control checks as required, draw samples, re-gauge casks prior to dispatch, sensory checks on mature spirit prior to disgorging to tanker

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a distillery warehouse environment

Key Information and Benefits
Hours for the role are primarily Monday - Wednesday 0700-1600, Thursday 0700-1530 and Friday 0700-1200
