Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Shift Supervisor at their site in Glasgow. Initially on a temporary basis, with the view of an initial 2 months. There is some scope for this to extend.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage workers and external contractors
- Lead and manage quality inspections on site
- Communication with key stakeholders
- Ensure Health and Safety Standards
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience within a production environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
