Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Transport Controller. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in Renfrewshire.
Becoming a vital member of the team you will be tasked with liaising with drivers and customers, planning routes and dealing with Transport issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Phone and email enquiries, aiding with a variety of issues.
- Planning and confirming routes.
- Liaising with drivers
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting traffic coordinators
- Maintaining CRM system.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience working within a Transport Department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literacy
