Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer for a Shift Supervisor. Based out of the company’s site in South Ayrshire, this is full time, permanent position.
A critical role for the business, you will be responsible for supervising a team of operators while ensuring quality standards.
Monday – Friday role, rotating day/back shift. 7am-3:15pm and 3pm-11:15pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control systems and checks are applied
- People management
- Drive continuous improvement
- Promote a responsible health and safety environment
- Manage overtime and attendance
- Liaise with maintenance teams
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
