Field-Based Position: Debt Resolution Officer

As our client's company continues to grow and expand its portfolio, we are seeking to recruit a Debt Resolution Officer to join their existing team. This role is essential to meet client demand.  My client is dedicated to achieving service excellence. Their objective is to identify practical solutions and consider any challenges that may arise, thereby providing viable outcomes for all parties involved.

This position requires the applicant to be articulate and well-presented, with the ability to adapt to diverse and, at times, challenging circumstances. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided. Full support will be given.

NB - This role is predominantly field-based; therefore, all applicants are required to possess a full, clean driving license and their motor vehicle with adequate insurance. A criminal record check and a credit reference check will also be mandated.

**Location:** Aberdeen/Inverness  3 or 4 days per week. 

**Remuneration:** £35,000, in addition to a £6,000 cash car allowance (disbursed monthly) and monthly commission. The package will be pro-rated for part-time employment.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**

The role of a Debt Resolution Officer entails serving as a representative of our client you are providing a range of services requested by utility companies. The primary responsibilities include visiting customers' premises and executing the following tasks related to their gas and electricity supply:

- Understanding debt and resolution capabilities.

- Collecting additional customer data (e.g., meter readings, vulnerabilities).

- Completing documentation to ensure payment for the client.

- Implementing warrants to secure payment or access for resolution.
