Are you a talented and passionate chef looking for more flexibility?
We are looking for experienced CDPs for our temporary roles in the Ayrshire area. Our client is looking for chefs that are driven to deliver excellent standards of food whilst still maintaining food safety and hygiene practices.
In this role you will be able to step in and be a vital part of the kitchen team. Prepping food for the day, organising stations, and cooking all dishes to a high standard, with strong attention to detail.
You will collaborate with the team and assist with all duties including post service clean down.
Proven record in a Chef De Partie role with excellent knowledge of food safety and allergens.
Candidates should have experience in a variety of venues and should be used to high volume, fast-paced kitchens.
You will be paid to you on a weekly basis and your holiday pay will be accrued on top of your hourly rate.
