Brightwork are delighted to be recruiting for an established market leader in vehicle safety, and fuel management systems. Due to growth within the business they are looking for an experienced Auto and Plant Electrician to join their already successful team of 12. You will be field based, with requirement to travel to their South Lanarkshire site when required.
The Role
- Install and maintain vehicle telematics and safety systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing vehicle electronics.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
The Person
The position is Field-based, and is a customer-facing role, so the candidate will need be well presented and professional. Telematics and safety system experience within vehicles is a must, and the successful candidate would need to demonstrate quality installation skills.
