Your Time at Work

You will be responsible for bringing to life the stories and craft of the distillery with passion and enthusiasm - giving visitors an immersive and engaging experience at the distillery visitor experience.

The Brand Home Bartender is a fantastic role giving you the opportunity to embark on a new adventure and work in an exciting fast paced environment. You'll spend your days creating and serving bespoke drinks and snacks from our new bar, whilst sharing Royal Lochnagar's heritage and brand values with passion and zest.

This key role within the team requires you to provide a first-class customer service and guest experience. From warmly greeting visitors, preparing and serving food and drinks, upselling products and ensuring bar standards are upheld, this varied role will never leave you feeling bored.

On occasions, you will be exposed to other areas of the business, including setting up tastings and supporting the retail and experience teams, along with general upkeep of the visitor centre to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is always adhered to.

You will play a crucial part in the planning and implementation of brand events throughout the year, building relationships with customers and the community will also be part of your duties as a Bartender.

Key Information and Benefits
