Position: Full-time, 37.5 hours, Monday - Thursday

Department:

The Quality team is seeking a QHSE Engineer to ensure the maintenance of the company's QHSE Management System and associated documentation, while upholding the quality of a wide range of product types to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate that all product specifications are met during the product realization process.
  • Perform internal process and system audits for ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO45001, and ISO14001, ensuring action follow-up and closure.
  • Identify, investigate, and manage non-conforming materials through the Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) process.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis, identify corrective and preventative measures, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Monitor supplier performance related to non-conforming products, maintaining regular internal and external communication.
  • Participate in supplier Quality Business Reviews (QBRs) and produce supporting quality data to monitor and measure the supply chain.
  • Process customer concerns through the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR/8D) process to completion.
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding customer returns, processing, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Perform Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) as required.
  • Support onsite QHSE and IPC610 training activities.
  • Assist in producing System Management documentation and conducting reviews.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • HNC or equivalent, preferably in an Engineering/Quality-related discipline.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, ISO45001).
  • Ability to conduct audits on business systems and processes to meet ISO standards.
  • NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
  • Understanding of quality improvement programs and IPC electronic assembly knowledge is advantageous.
  • MRP system knowledge, such as Javelin, SAP, or BaaN, is desirable.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours over four days, Monday-Thursday, and reporting to the QHSE Manager.
