Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within their industry for an Administrator based on site at their offices in Dunbartonshire.
Becoming a vital member of the team, you will be tasked with creating monitoring and controlling despatch plans aligned with company service levels.
Training is provided on sector specific systems though a strong background in previous Administrative roles would make for an ideal candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage despatch programme for multiple locations
- Work with other departments to maximise efficiency at all despatch locations
- Review production plans ensuring they are In line with correct specifications
- Identify and minimise additional freight costs
- Liaise with transport providers and plan accordingly
- Monitor freight supplier performance
- General administration duties as required
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience working within a similar role or environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Working knowledge of all MS Office packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working within the drinks industry is desirable, although not essential
