Brightwork have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client, a well established organisation in Glasgow City Centre on a temporary ongoing basis.
Assisting them through a period of peak within the team, the successful candidate will be required to work on key administrative tasks on a full time basis, Mon to Fri business hours.
Duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
- Acting as a key point of contact within the department and liaising with departments across the organisation
- Collating information and reporting to line management
- Creating reports using MS Excel
- General administration duties as required
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working within a fast-paced administration role within a deadline driven environment
- Have a strong working knowledge of all MS Office packages and be confident picking up new systems and procedures with ease
- Have great communication skills -both written and verbal
